Hi, I’m Kathy. For over 20 years, I’ve guided women toward holistic healing and mind-body alignment. My work blends yoga, energy medicine, sound therapy, plant medicine, and crystals to awaken your body’s innate intelligence and support your journey toward greater wholeness.

Meet Kathleen Montgomery

My journey began 25 years ago at Kripalu Yoga & Health Center, where I trained as a Holistic Lifestyle Educator. Since then, I expanded my path as a massage therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500), Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Herbalist, creating a unique approach to healing and self-discovery.

Embodied Practices for Healing & Presence

Through embodied practices that use your body’s natural sensations of breath and movement, you can cultivate self-awareness and emotional balance. These practices help release stress and tension, and transform unconscious habits to intentional, empowered living. Yoga, guided visualization, and gentle movement help to integrate mind, body, and spirit for greater presence, connection, and well-being.

Reconnect with your inner guidance through soul-nourishing rituals and living in harmony with the Earth’s natural rhythms. By engaging your senses and connecting with the elements of nature, we practice what I call rooted wisdom, a grounded approach to holistic wellness, balance, and personal transformation.
